A Much Overdue 5 Month Status Update

Looking back on my very first post here, in this blog that I've failed to update... and all I can say is WOW!!!!!

It's been 5 short months because time flies when you're having fun and I have really been having fun. Or, I've at least been feeling better! When I began this journey I was tired and had decided that 25, with no children, and a steady 9-5 job was just unacceptable.

My symptoms included:

  • Lactose Intolerance
  • Constant and uncontrollable mood swings
  • Irregular bowel movements (like 3 times a week)
  • Chronic burps - seriously, if you have known me over the last 10 years you know when I mean.
  • Lack of energy throughout the day
  • Bloating
  • Allergies
  • Cravings -mostly for salt, sugar, and carbs
  • All-day snacking

Here I am, 5 Months later and very proud to update:
  • I ate CHEESECAKE yesterday. It was delicious and I didn't get sick!
  • I am very much in control of my mood
  • I go to the bathroom at least once a day
  • I only burp when I swallow air (eat fast, drink quickly, etc.)
  • I have energy throughout the day. I've even made it past 11 pm a few times in the last month!
  • I am not bloated. At all. Like, WHAT?!?
  • My allergies haven't been all that bad, but it's also been winter... we'll have to wait and see!
  • I still have cravings... but I attribute that to my loving food and if I see of hear about something that sounds good, I just want it.
  • I do not snack all day. Unless I'm bored... I work at a desk all day and sometimes snacks are my way of procrastinating!
Besides feeling better, I've also been helping others feel better and have gotten my product costs covered. So, no more expensive products! Just lots of feeling good and helping others feel good, too!

1 year, 8 months, and 8 days later

I was first introduced to Plexus on February 22, 2016 .  1 year, 8 months, 8 days later, here I am, telling you about what held me back for so long and what it was that finally pushed me to take the plunge.  Rather than drone on and on, I've tried to make it a little interesting and compiled a list...  3 reasons it took me so long: 1) I Didn't "Need" It I was in good health. I was only in my mid-twenties. And I was getting by... wasn't I? 2) It was too expensive As I said in #1, I was in my mid twenties. Need I say more? 3) Everyone said it was a Pyramid Marketing Scheme And those are bad, aren't they? Everyone seems to think so! But, I said yes because: 1) "Getting By" stopped being enough I didn't want to just "get by". I wanted to soar. To be free from my new lactose intolerance, my constant mood swings, my rare and irregular bowel movements(TMI?). Oh, and my chronic allergies, my bloating, cravings, all-day sna...

4 Weeks Later...

I have been taking Plexus Triplex for four weeks now. FOUR WEEKS. And, while I'm a little scared to admit it, I feel great.  When I first started this journey, I was: Only going to the bathroom 3-4 times a week. Lethargic most of the time. Experiencing some crazy mood swings which often included violent outbursts and a lot of "huffing".   Suffering really terrible PMS (even through I  am on the pill). Sleeping well, but only feeling good after 8+ hours of sleep. Getting "hangry" (the type of angry you get from being hungry) every single day. Dictating my meals by what I "felt like having" a.k.a. craving. Gaining weight here and there. Lactose Intolerant. One slice of pizza would have me feeling crappy almost instantly. Struggled with seasonal allergies and relying   on daily allergy pills . One fall, my symptoms were so bad I was prematurely diagnosed with Mono only to find out that the blood tests were negative and low-and-beho...
